We first met the guys from Just Exteriors at a local home show back in 2004. We had heard great things about them and decided to have them come out to give us some estimates for windows, siding, and Gutter Topper. Dave L came to the house with an array of different samples and described in detail for us why the products they offered were superior to their competitors. Not only did he talk to us, but he allowed us to handle the samples and see for

ourselves. Our favorite demonstration was how easy it was to clean the windows. Dave took a pat of butter and smeared it all over his sample. Then he simply wiped it down with a wet paper towel. No cleaner required. We were sold and made our decision that night to have them do the work for us. A few weeks later a truck dropped off all of the materials and the guys were here promptly when they said they would be to start the work. What impressed us

was the skill and efficiency they used while working. On top of that, I had another contractor on-site doing work and they graciously worked with him and around him so neither project needed to be put on hold. Any issues that arose were resolved quickly. The job was finished in a week and they did an exceptional job cleaning up. Over the years we kept in touch with Bruce (the owner) whenever we had questions or if we had an upcoming project. In the

middle of the winter of 2008-09 we awoke one Saturday morning to find water puddling along the bottom of our living room bow window (not installed by Just Exteriors) and called Bruce immediately. He called back and sent one of his guys over. The water was coming in because we had ice dams backing up on the roof. Bruce's worker went up on the roof and shoveled all of the snow off for us as well as some of the ice. We then got a visit from Dave L

again and priced out a new roof as well as attic insulation. After Dave went through his presentation again, we quickly signed on the dotted line. Within two weeks they were back at the house tearing off the old shingles and tar paper. They put on the new roof, cut in a ridge vent, and even added a few mushroom vents for better air flow. As expected the project went smoothly and finished on time. We asked Bruce for some time before doing the insulation due to bathroom renovation we had going on (the contractor doing the bathroom was recommended to us by Bruce). He was more than happy to accommodate us and after putting it off for 4 months, finally had them come in during June of 2009. They were here for a few hours and left no evidence of their presence. If I didn't peek in the attic to see the finished product, I would have never known they came. Around this time we also asked

Bruce about fixing our front door and screen. The doors themselves did not need to be replaced, but they were both installed poorly and we had constant problems with them. Bruce arranged to have his door specialist come out one Saturday and do the work. The guy showed up that morning and carefully removed both doors. He repaired the jamb then reinstalled, leveled, and plumbed both doors. He also replaced all of the aluminum flashing

that was around the doors. Looked great. We couldn't be happier with all of the work done by Just Exteriors over the past five years. We only wished that the remaining projects we have are things that Bruce does. Unfortunately they are not and thus it appears our professional relationship with Bruce will come to an end. In the meantime, we are always willing to provide a reference for Just Exteriors and tell everyone of the positive experiences we had with them.

Vinyl siding in winter of 2021 and recently a full roof replacement was performed by the crew of Just Exteriors

Plus. Both jobs were performed professionally and on time. A few months after the siding job, I noticed a piece of the soffit wasn't aligned. One call, and they sent over a repair man who fixed it on a weekend. They stand behind their work ! When we needed a new roof, Jonathan the owner came out, inspected and photographed the roof so I could see worn and broken tiles He presented a fair and reasonable estimate using a high quality product. (Owens Corning Duration series) The actual work was accomplished in one day and cleanup and protection of shrubs and lawn was excellent. No nails left behind! I have high confidence and trust in their hardworking crews. Both the siding and roofing jobs were accomplished with no stress. They get the job done right !

Fantastic company to work with. Bruce (owner) is very responsive to requests for information and follow-up. Job is done in a very timely manner and the crew is very professional and respectful of your property. Details are coordinated with you as to minimize inconvenience (i.e. they asked us where to locate the dumpster so it would not be in the way of our vehicles as we pulled out of our garage). Clean-up by crew is fantastic - clean-up is done daily at the end of the day so there is no debris laying around. Very satisfied with Just Exteriors Plus and would hire them again.

They were in the middle price range but with a much better product than the rest. We had our siding and windows done by Just Exteriors back in 2008 and were happy with the outcome. 2020 comes and we replace our windows again and need to have the aluminum wrap around the windows redone. Foolishly we hired the company that did our roof replacement because they advertised that they now do siding. Wrong choice. They did such a bad job that they ended up giving my deposit back. One window frame did not match the next, there were warped areas, gaps and so on. Called Just Exteriors and Jonathan, his foreman Carlos and the crew came to the rescue. I did not realize what an exceptional job had been done back in 2008 and not just anyone can replicate the quality. I would highly recommend Just Exteriors if you want professionals to do it right
