This certificate assures that the total price of $ [to be filled in at time of contract] for the work specified is competitively priced for material, workmanship, quality, and contractor reliability.

If a contractor of comparable quality workmanship using equal materials offers in writing to perform the work specified at a lower price that the amount stated above within 30 days of the below date, or the date work is commenced, whichever is earlier, Just Exteriors, Inc. will discount the amount stated by the amount of the difference upon receipt of the written specifications of such contractor. CONTRACTOR MUST MEET OR EXCEED
THE FOLLOWING GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Contractor must be licensed and have an established office (working out of vehicles does not qualify).
• Contractor must be fully insured with:
  a) Public Liability insurance
  b) Workman's Compensation
• Contractor must submit exact specifications on materials and corresponding warranties, including manufacturers' names and fact sheets on insulation "R" values
• Materials must have equal or better warranties
• Contractor must use equal quantity of material and accessories
• contractor must specify in writing as to the extent of work to be performed
• Contractor must make offer in writing and must comply with Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
• Installers must be experienced vinyl craftsmen
• Materials must be first quality, premium grade
• Related siding accessories must be color coordinated
